Urgent Care Video Visit
Available 24/7
Have a secure, face-to-face video visit with a trusted urgent care provider for all ages (including newborns) without leaving your home.
No appointment is needed.
Conditions treated include:
- Cold and flu symptoms (In-person flu visits are recommended for ages 4 and under)
- Minor skin issues

Urgent Care
Available 7 days a week with extended hours
Get in-person care for unexpected illnesses and minor injuries. All our urgent cares are walk-in and treat children, with 2 locations designed just for kids, newborn to age 17.
No appointment is required, but if you want to save time, you can reserve a spot online.

- Sore throats and earache
- Bronchitis, colds and flu

Available 24/7
Get in-person care for serious or life-threatening injuries or illnesses. We offer emergency services for all ages at each emergency room, plus 2 of our locations are designed specifically for children.
Not sure if your child needs in-person care? Have a secure video visit with an emergency medicine specialist to help you decide the most appropriate care for the situation. Ages 2 and up. Only available in NC.

Get answers for questions about minor conditions quickly. The easy-to-navigate, secure messaging platform allows your child's provider or provider in the office to receive information about your child’s symptoms and respond with a care plan within 24 hours.

- Log in to your child's MyAtriumHealth account.
- Select Menu.
- Select Symptom Checker and answer questions.
- Select Have Urgent Care Video Visit.
- Log in to your child’s MyAtriumHealth account.
- Select Menu.
- Select Symptom Checker and complete the prompts. You may upload photos if helpful.
- You will be directed to the best type of care for your child's immediate needs such as video visit, in-office, urgent care or emergency care.
- If an eVisit is appropriate, complete the remaining questions and submit. Your information is securely forwarded to their provider for a response within 24 hours.
- Log in to your child’s MyAtriumHealth account.
- Select Menu.
- Select Ask a Question.
- Select Pediatric Nurse Advice Chat.
- Log in to your child's MyAtriumHealth account.
- Select Menu.
- Select Schedule an Appointment.
