Pediatric Cardiac Clinic Nurses

Pediatric nurses provide expert care in our clinic and procedure areas as well as in our intensive care and general care units. With specially trained eyes and ears, they are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Nurses

These dedicated critical care nurses have received extra training to give them a specialized and in-depth knowledge of congenital heart disease and cardiac abnormalities. Many of our nurses have obtained special certification that designates them as clinical experts with our population of patients.

Child Life Specialists

Our child life specialists are trained to provide psychosocial and emotional support for hospitalized children, helping explain hospital procedures and treatments in age-appropriate ways. They use medical play, videos and other distractions to make a child's experience feel safer and more normal, while restoring their sense of control. Learn more about child life.
